Chaat in Sydney — the full Mumbai menu.
Sweet, sour, spicy, crunchy — all in one bite. Chaat is India's masterclass in flavour balance, and we serve it the way the carts on Chowpatty beach do.
What is Chaat?
Chaat is a family of North Indian street snacks built around crisp fried elements, cool yogurt, hot chutneys, and a shower of sev. In Mumbai, the chaat scene lives on the beach and around Girgaon — each cart specialising in one dish and perfecting it over decades.
Our chaat menu covers the essentials: Ragda Panipuri, Sev Puri, Dahi Puri, Bhel Puri, Dahi Batata Puri, and Samosa Chaat.
Why Sydney searches for Chaat
"Chaat Sydney" and "Chaat Parramatta" are searched thousands of times a month. Most Indian restaurants serve chaat as an afterthought — we treat it as the main event, made fresh to order so nothing goes soggy.
How we make it
Chutneys are made in-house daily — tamarind-date, mint-coriander, garlic-chilli. Puris are kept crisp. Yogurt is whisked cold. Order chaat online for pickup from Parramatta.
